  • We value donors, recipients, hospitals, health care systems and community partners by seeking to understand their needs and protect the people involved.
  • We work to ensure that monetary transactions facilitated through our platforms and programs have reliable sources, reliable destinations and appropriate oversight.
  • We seek relationships based on honesty, trust and respect.
  • We respect privacy and innate human dignity, and harassment of any type is not tolerated.
  • We do not discriminate in hiring, discharge, compensation, promotion or benefits on the basis of race, sex, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation or any other protected basis.

  • We prefer to work with companies, agents and vendors who endorse ethical and transparent principles.

Policy Interpretations

The statement of principles is interpreted to prohibit or require certain standards of conduct. The examples below are not exhaustive; questions should be raised promptly and confidentially.

Ethics oversight

Neki Bazaar may designate an ethics or compliance officer, or another authorized leader, to administer policy interpretation, training, reporting and review. Concerns should be raised confidentially and promptly.

Employees, volunteers, officers and representatives must avoid conflicts of interest, self-dealing and personal use of opportunities that belong to the organization. Any potential conflict should be disclosed for review.

Political contributions

Organizational funds or property may not be used for unlawful or questionable political contributions, payments or benefits. Personal contributions made voluntarily with personal funds are not restricted by this policy.

Bribes and improper payments

Neki Bazaar prohibits bribes, kickbacks, under-the-table payments, unlawful rebates, improper promotional allowances and similar conduct intended to influence decisions or obtain preferential treatment.

Accurate records

Books, records and accounts should accurately and fairly reflect transactions and the disposition of organizational assets.

Confidentiality

Employees, officers, directors, volunteers and representatives must maintain the confidentiality of information entrusted to them except when disclosure is authorized or legally required.

Protection of assets

Organizational assets should be protected, used efficiently and used only for legitimate organizational purposes. Theft, carelessness and waste are inconsistent with this policy.

Beneficiary profiles and restrictions

Beneficiary, patient or recipient profiles should be reviewed by authorized personnel to confirm need, protect dignity and ensure that support is appropriate.

Personal Information

Neki Bazaar respects the privacy and dignity of donors, recipients, beneficiaries, volunteers, partners and website visitors. Personal information should be used only for legitimate organizational purposes, protected by reasonable safeguards and limited to authorized personnel.

We do not sell personal information to third parties. Donation and payment information is handled through secure payment providers, and full card numbers are not stored on this website.
