Many students in the rural villages of sub-Saharan Africa are severely impoverished and lack access to school supplies and textbooks. Most students don’t have access to quality education. 2 out of 3 students in West Africa do not have the needed school supplies to support their learning.

EduNations, another Non-Profit, helps to provide free education to many of these students, however, they are still in need of basic school supplies so that they can be well-resourced to attend school. Without the necessary school supplies, bright young minds lack the quality of education they need to succeed academically. There is a bright future and great potential locked away in many of these students, disadvantaged by a lack of access to proper resources.

Although able to attend school, but lacking proper resources, we offer one solution and alleviate the distress students are experiencing in sub-Saharan Africa. By offering essential educational materials to schools, we hope to improve access to quality education for the future leaders of African communities.

Education is an important part of any society and we wish to promote education not only in sub-Saharan Africa, but globally, by donating school supplies that will ease access to educational materials for students worldwide. We have gathered school supply donations from our community and seek to help students across the globe where they have difficulty attaining school supplies.

For this project, NekiBazaar has partnered with Develop Africa on a mission to donate our school supplies to extend our reach to the students of Sierra Leone, West Africa. By doing so, we also aim to promote Develop Africa’s vision of helping decrease the barriers that African children and youth face in obtaining necessary education.
